It is difficult to predict what will happen, but if we do not act war is certian.

Waking up in the morning was nice I didn’t have to get up early I didn’t have to listen to the drill sergeants screaming or the clamoring of doors and lockers shutting as the drill sergeants walked through the hall shouting orders today was a special day, I was home waiting to go to my primary duty station I had finished my basic training and now was a guardian space was exciting always enjoyed travel.

I enjoyed space exploration today was my day. I rolled over and went back to sleep but could not sleep. It was 8:00 o’clock in the morning, a sunny crisp beautiful autumn day. I took leave after basic and AIT. Basic training is one of the hardest things I have done. This makes me appreciate what I have accomplished, I enjoy working with computers. Now I work with computers that guard the world. After eating breakfast, I turned on the tv watching the news I think to myself.

President Biden has done an excellent job handling China and the war in Ukraine; he has done an outstanding job on the economy getting COVID-19 under control. Democrats have passed legislation that helps Americas Veterans the pact act has helped Veterans. I think this will show younger people that they will not be left to fend for themselves in the event they come home hurt. The Democrats have always been good for the people good for the nation they will bring the nation forward. The war in Ukraine is costly it is easy for one to say just let things happen. Stay out of the war but as we know throughout history, we have always been dragged into wars that are not our fight.

Let Russia have Ukraine, but the question to be asked is will they stop at Ukraine it is easy to say let China have Taiwan, but the question to ask is will they stop at Taiwan. Russia has nuclear submarines that pose a threat to the United States which can launch attacks into the United States, by us being involved by us having a direct approach to the matter will help bring down life lost and dollars spent that will be associated with a war that is the philosophy behind being involved.

It is easy to stand up to a small country but when you stand up to a country as strong as Russia and China it is it shows diplomacy, it shows resolve and at the end that is what it is about, America showing its resolve showing its strength through its allies and partners. The world will be aware of our strength, they will be aware of our resolve and that will help avoid war. Staying neutral has never worked for the United States.

The United States is one of the leaders of the world economy along with China it has the largest economy in the world so staying neutral is a situation that we cannot afford what happens when we stay neutral, we end up being drug into the war anyway. We were dragged into both World War One and World War Two the economy was one of the reasons we were dragged into because we had trade with Britain, we had trade with Germany.

World War Two Japan attacked Pearl Harbor United States says ok we are not going to get into the war we are going to stay neutral and then Japan attacked Pearl Harbor which brought the United States into the war, we are stronger with NATO, than without.

With the strength of our partners and allies we could avoid a war with China. Helping Ukraine was in the best interest of all NATO Nations, because if we do not it would be worse if we do not come to the aid of smaller countries it looks like the United States just puts its tail between its legs and runs when there is a real fight.

Strengthening our forces through technological advances in all domains space, cyber, land, air, and sea. Building a strong industrial base which has been a key asset in America winning wars and helps deter war. The freedom of America and its Allies is worth fighting for. As Citizens we should do whatever is necessary to aid our military and our president.
